Specific behaviour exactly where needed

With Value Added Logistics (VAL) you integrate specific processes exactly where they are needed. Think of customer-specific labels after consolidation or instructions during the packing process. We even integrate unique registration of pallets at inbound if desired.

We recently added the Notify function. It lets you inform recipients about goods that are ready for transport or on their way. We also attach relevant documents automatically to these emails. A considerable relief for your back office.

Returns quickly back on sale

The returns application registers every returned product and uses a questionnaire to decide what has to happen with it. Approved items go straight back into stock so they can be sold again. From a returns location you start a put-away task immediately, even if the cart is not full yet.

Connect your own systems directly

With the WebAPI you connect external systems directly to Ceyenne WMS. Orders, items, stock and transactions go back and forth via REST. The full documentation is in Swagger, so your own developers can get started with it straight away.

Figures you can steer on

The Analytics module collects the data from your warehouse processes and turns it into dashboards and reports . That way you see how your operation is running: lead times, pick performance and where the bottlenecks are, without having to do the calculations yourself.

Plan loading and unloading times in advance

With Dock planning your customers and carriers book a time slot themselves for loading or unloading. Per warehouse you see which shipments arrive when and what status they have, so you can match the occupancy of your docks and your people to it.

Packing without errors

The packing application controls the packing process at your packing stations. The system shows which products belong in which box, prints the shipping label and the packing slip, and checks that nothing is missing. You consolidate orders from different zones in the same step.

Multiple customers in one warehouse

With the 3PL module you work for multiple clients within the same physical operation and the same system environment. Stock stays separate per customer and every customer keeps their own way of working, without you needing separate systems for it.

Tasks only for those with the right equipment

With Equipment you record which trucks drive in your warehouse and which locations are reachable with them. A narrow aisle is only served by someone with the right truck active. If an employee does not have that, they will not receive tasks for it either.

Invoicing based on what you actually do

The invoicing module bills each customer for the handling you perform for them: receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping. The invoice lines are built up automatically per period from the transactions in the WMS, with own price agreements per customer.

Production orders in the same system

With the production module you process production orders in Ceyenne WMS. Consumed items are booked out and the end product comes back as stock, so your warehouse and your production work with the same figures.
