Ceyenne WMS 2026.4

Overviews you organize yourself, a scanner app that works faster and calmer, and supervisors who close stuck pick orders themselves. Version 2026.4 makes the Ceyenne Web Application considerably more powerful and continues the renewal of the Scanner Application.

Sort, filter and share the way you want

The overview pages in the Ceyenne Web Application have been considerably extended. You can now sort on multiple columns at the same time, choose in columns with multiple values, such as Received / Ordered, which value you sort on, and refine text and number filters with comparison options such as Contains, Starts with or Greater than.

What does this mean for you?

  • Sort first by status and then by date, without detours
  • Filter location codes or quantities precisely, with options such as Equals, Ends with, Greater than and Less than
  • Share a complete view with filters and sorting via a link, so a colleague sees exactly the same

Overviews that explain themselves

Products, shipping methods and dates are shown the same way on every page, with extra details and copy options. Stock overviews now also show locations and products without stock, and you filter products by their active status.

What does this mean for you?

  • Copy barcodes, product names and IDs in one click, with a product card including image
  • Expired dates, such as the best-before date, shown directly in red, and labels such as Today or Yesterday
  • Choose per overview: only records with stock, only without stock, or both

A renewed and faster scanner app

The renewal of the Ceyenne Scanner Application continues: the Putaway, Release, Sorting and StockControl apps follow the latest design standards. Processes such as picking, packing, sorting and goods receipt run faster because superfluous screens no longer appear briefly.

What does this mean for you?

  • A warning if you want to leave a running process early, so tasks are not unintentionally left half done
  • You control equipment such as AGVs the same way in all processes, including multi-bulk picking
  • The scanner and the Web Application now also support French and Polish

More control for supervisors and administrators

In the Ceyenne Web Application, supervisors close pick orders that have wrongly remained open. This brings the administration back in line with what really happens in the warehouse, without disrupting the standard picking process.

What does this mean for you?

  • Manual closing with a mandatory reason, and everything fully logged
  • Select companies in a grouped list, in which you choose a parent company separately or a whole group at once
  • Wizards for inbound orders, returns, shipments and relations that work as nicely as the renewed Sales Order wizard

And further in this release

  • Better barcode validation

The scanner validates barcodes per entity, so scanned codes clash less often with product identification or pick unit identification.
  • Returning remaining stock

Do you take less than suggested during a replenishment order and use a new movement URN, such as a cart? Then the scanner shows how much has to go back where.
  • Correct default filters

Users with company or warehouse rights now always see the correct default filters in overviews such as products, shipments and orders.
  • Improvements in the assistant

Giving feedback on the last answer of the virtual assistant works again, and a new chat shows the correct title.
  • One choice for date and time

You choose dates, date ranges and times the same way everywhere, including validation of what you enter.
  • Smart date display

A click on a date shows a clear window with details, and for approaching deadlines you see a countdown timer.
  • More reliable navigation

Links to detail pages and other pages are correct more often, because the required data is checked in advance.
  • Customer-specific tailored actions

Options in context menus, such as resending shipping labels, are only visible in the environment of the customer they are intended for.
