Ceyenne WMS 2026.3
Pick orders, bulk picks, optimizations and stock movements: the warehouse runs on tasks, but you never saw them together. Version 2026.3 brings them together in one task overview. In addition, invoicing aligns better with your customer agreements and you receive large deliveries faster.
All warehouse tasks in one place
A new task management module gives a central overview of warehouse activities. You see detailed overviews of all pick orders, bulk picks, optimizations and stock movements.
What does this mean for you?
- Outstanding work visible in one place, instead of spread across screens
- You manage order picking, replenishment and stocktaking from one environment
- Plan and monitor tasks better, with overviews per activity
Invoicing according to your own agreements
The invoicing module has been extended with invoicing groups. Metrics and calculations are now structured on the basis of these groups, instead of only on article groups. Within metrics you filter by product volume in cubic centimeters and by invoicing groups. You import data via Excel or the Ceyenne WebAPI.
What does this mean for you?
- Invoice on groups that match logistics and financial agreements
- Filter invoicing by product volume, useful for volume-based rates
- Import invoicing data via Excel or the Ceyenne WebAPI
Large deliveries in faster
Do you receive multiple pallets or packaging units of the same product? Define a temporary packaging with the number of pieces per unit and the total number of units. The system then automatically suggests which unique reference numbers you scan. That saves a lot of manual actions for large deliveries where the packaging quantity is not known in advance. And as soon as you scan a location, the scanner app shows how many pallets are there.
What does this mean for you?
- Less tapping and scanning when receiving pallets
- See immediately how many pallets are on a location
Renewed scanner app and tighter security
The scanner app looks new and works the same everywhere, including when counting stock. Users now change their password themselves via the main menu of the web application. Logging in has also become safer: passwords are better protected and for sensitive actions Ceyenne asks for your password again. From now on you manage users in one place, in the Ceyenne Backend Application and the Ceyenne Web Application. This is no longer possible in WMS Management.
What does this mean for you?
- A scanner app that feels consistent while counting
- Change your password yourself, with a check against the security requirements
- Extra verification for sensitive actions and better protection against attacks
And further in this release
-
Counting by expiry date
During a cycle count you only register the expiry date, without a mandatory batch number.
-
Open the web application directly from the management screen
If the URL is set in the configuration, you open the web application with one click.
-
Default filters and sorting
Overview pages open with relevant filters, matched to your warehouses and authorizations.
-
Multiple brand names via one Sendcloud integration
For each order the correct sender address and the associated branding are automatically selected.
-
Clearer messages for connection problems
The application now distinguishes between no internet, an unreachable server and DNS problems. -
Stock corrections with remark
Via the Ceyenne WebAPI you can add an optional remark to corrections and every mutation ends up in the Product Ledger. -
Intellistore integration
Goods for an Intellistore zone automatically get an inbound order and a put-away order. -
Faster startup
The Ceyenne Backend Application is ready for use faster after starting up.
-
Moving stock via the API
With a single command from another system you move a product from one location to another. Useful for replenishing large stock locations after pre-packing.
-
Replenishment: not always reserving the location immediately
You choose yourself whether the location the stock is going to is reserved immediately. This keeps the spot free for other work until the replenishment actually happens.
-
Returning part of an order
You no longer have to return the entire order to backorder. You can also return only part of the order.
-
Changing login code
Do you log in with a code instead of a password? Then you can now change that code yourself. To do so, you enter your current code.
Fixed issues
This version fixes 38 problems. These are the most important:
- Replenishments selected stock by receipt date instead of expiry date. As a result, stock that expires later could be used earlier. You now choose how Ceyenne sorts with the setting ReplenishmentInventoryManagementMethod. By default it is set to FIFO (oldest receipt first). Do you work by expiry date? Then set it to FEFO (shortest shelf life first).
- During picking, the scanner shows the barcode of the individual product, not of an arbitrary packaging.
- Orders with cancelled lines are marked as ready to ship again.
- Items you do not have in stock are only forwarded once the rest of the order in the same warehouse is ready.
- Products without a barcode can be found again with the search function.
- With a bulk pick, Ceyenne immediately knows where the employee is. The next task therefore starts nearby.
- Orders go to the correct warehouse again when the main warehouse has enough stock.
- Returns with multiple lines for the same product are processed correctly.
- Shipping with DPD eStore, DHL Express EU and Sendcloud no longer gives error messages.
- Managers can give other users the Manager role. Employees with the PickAndGo role can log in to the scanner again.
- The scanner remembers the language a user has chosen.
- An update of Ceyenne runs again without getting stuck.
All fixes with ticket number can be found in the release notes in Confluence.
