Multi-barcode options: goodbye manual work
Imagine this: you import new products and have to enter extra barcodes by hand for every variant and every unit of measure. That is a thing of the past! With the new release you can now efficiently import multiple barcodes per product ID via a handy tab in the import template. Whether it concerns different packaging units or product variations, you import them all in one go. This not only saves an enormous amount of time, but also drastically reduces the chance of errors. The result? A more accurate inventory and streamlined product management.
LOT, BATCH and best-before dates: full control from start to finish
Traceability is crucial in logistics, especially with products that have a best-before date or are subject to batch numbers. With this update we manage LOT, BATCH and best-before data directly from the purchase order interface and the goods receipt process. You can even pre-fill the scanner with expected values and correct deviations immediately. This means optimal control, better quality assurance and compliance that is never a question mark again. Fewer manual errors, more time saved!

Visual damage documentation: photos say more than words
Nothing is as frustrating as receiving damaged goods and having no concrete proof. From now on you can add photos directly in the 'Goods Receipt' app when registering damaged items. This immediate visual documentation is crucial for fast claim handling, internal quality checks and increases transparency towards your suppliers.

More efficient picking process: faster to the customer
Pick-to-cart preparation is now more powerful than ever. We have added the option to assign the shipping compartment directly during preparation. The picker no longer has to perform this step during the picking process, resulting in a significantly faster and more error-free picking process.

Spotlight Search v2: find everything in a flash
You are looking for a specific page, product or order and you click endlessly. With Spotlight Search v2 that is a thing of the past. This improved search functionality lets you fly through the entire application and database at unprecedented speed, with smart suggestions and relevant results.

Think of a clearer company filter in a tree structure, extended Excel upload templates with clear instructions, more copy options in overview pages for faster work, and better performance of your Management Widgets.
