Ceyenne WMS connects with the ERP systems most used in the Netherlands and Belgium: Exact, AFAS, Microsoft Dynamics and SAP. Your ERP stays leading for items, customers and prices. Ceyenne handles everything that physically happens in the warehouse and reports it back automatically.

How does it work in practice? You sell in your ERP or webshop. The order automatically ends up in Ceyenne WMS. The warehouse picks, packs and ships. Ceyenne reports the delivery and the stock movement back to your ERP, so the invoice can be created. Nobody retypes anything.

Does Ceyenne WMS connect with AFAS?

Yes. Ceyenne WMS exchanges items, stock and sales and purchase orders with AFAS Profit. Your ERP stays leading for item and customer data. Ceyenne processes everything that happens in the warehouse and automatically reports deliveries and stock movements back.

Does Ceyenne WMS connect with Exact Online?

Yes. Orders from Exact automatically end up in Ceyenne WMS. After shipping, the delivery and the new stock level go back to Exact. That way your administration matches what is really in the warehouse.

What if my ERP is not on the list?

No panic. Ceyenne WMS has a WebAPI and we work with integration platforms such as Alumio. Do you use a specific package? Then we build a suitable integration for it. In the Discovery phase we determine together which integrations you need.

How long does it take to set up an ERP integration?

We set up the integrations and test them in the Do-it phase, so they simply work at go-live. The whole implementation usually takes 4 to 6 months. Read how the implementation works.

Does Ceyenne WMS work with Sendcloud, nShift or Paazl?

Yes. You create shipping labels directly at carriers such as PostNL, DPD, DHL and GLS, or via multi-carrier platforms such as Sendcloud, Paazl and nShift. Via a shipping cost matrix Ceyenne automatically chooses the right carrier per order.

Can I connect multiple webshops and marketplaces?

Yes. Via integration partners such as Channeldock and Alumio, or via the WebAPI, orders from all your sales channels arrive in one place. Stock levels are updated automatically on every channel. That way nobody sells something that is no longer there.
